Sakhamuri Kavitha Rani, is a Graduate in Commerce, Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and Graduate in Law.

She is a Practicing Company Secretary having more than fourteen years experience in the field of Corporate Laws, Securities Law, Commercial Due Diligence, Secretarial Audit for listed companies, RBI/FEMA compliances, Trademark related work and appearing before the Tribunals, Regional director, NCLT, etc., for Banks, Financial Institutions and other Corporate Clients.
